Pretty good!

It was a little short, and some things weren't quite as obvious as I would have liked, while other things were maybe a little too obvious. I also didn't like how long it too to get back into the house. Demons should work faster. Overall, great adventure game.

Work on the controls.

It's decent, unlike most of what I see on NG. However, this is 2010, and we expect way more out of a game than having to get two coins per static image. Also, I hope you will consider making your keyboard-controlled games use the keyboard to go to the next level, next time. Music would help, as well.

Unoriginal, not well duplicated.

It shows you know how to code or, at least, rip code from others and make it work. I know it's supposed to be a remake, but it's not, really. It's more of a fan game for an arcade game. If it was a remake, it would have everything the original had and maybe a little extra.

Your animations are lacking. The explosions are boring, and the stage is even more boring. The grid doesn't have that really awesome distortion effect, and the stage doesn't scroll. The AI is dumb, more dumb than the original GW, often running right into my bullets. The music is ripped directly from GW and the original artist was not given credit.

Well it comes down to Flash's engine. I trialled both the dynamic grid and particle explosions but both effected game play through frame rate drop dramatically, so in an attempt to save game play I sacrificed the unessential effects.

Right-click, play.

I see there was some effort put into this, but you didn't bother to remove the ability to right-click and press play, which sends you to the next level. Also, it doesn't work properly. I kept clicking on things and finally, the cigar was put in the guy's mouth, and I saw "-win" on the green box that was supposed to be a desk.

Here are my 3 suggestions to you:
1. study programming a lot more
2. study game design a lot more
3. practice drawing.

That way you only skip the levels, and do not play the game.

Boring but works.

I can't honestly say it's crap, because it looks like a legitimate game of mahjong. That said, this game is extremely dull, not offering any form of excitement or even direction. You can't just assume people know how to play mahjong. Overall, it's worth keeping on NG, just in case someone's looking for mahjong.

Same crappy soundboard with different sounds.

It doesn't improve on the system or even offer better quality voice cuts. I like The Mask, but it's so old now that this soundboard isn't interesting at all.

Very bad controls.

Very nice presentation, terrible controls.

Not a game.

It's more like an interactive movie, and it's stick figures, so it's a stick figure movie. I couldn't figure out how to get past the scene when I fall into spikes, either.

It gets boring fast.

It's a great game, no doubt. It just doesn't hold my attention. It seems way too repetitive. That said, I liked the humor.

1737485... whew.

I didn't like the high scores table very much, but the game is addictive, anyway. I played 3 times. First and second time, 700 thousand or so, third time, well, third time's a charm.

I love video games. I can play them day and night, when time allows. I also grew up watching anime, and I have fond memories of DBZ and a few other shows from the Toonami years. My, how time flies... I plan on getting back into animation.
